Because most of our products are handmade and produced in small batches, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
Your order number
Photos of the issue
Once reviewed, we will offer one of the following, at our discretion:
Replacement
Repair
Store credit
Refund (only if a replacement is not available)

Non-Returnable Items
Handmade items purchased for personal use
Custom, personalized, or made-to-order products
Items damaged due to normal wear, misuse, or improper care

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier. Lost packages will be addressed on a case-by-case basis after the carrier investigation is completed.
